JSC "Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that according to Article 63 of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Code), there are general requirements for an appeal:

1. An appeal submitted orally is recorded in a separate protocol by the official or employee of the administrative body who received the appeal.
2. In an appeal submitted in written (paper and/or electronic) form, the protocol indicates:


1. Surname, first name, patronymic (if specified in the identity document), individual identification number (if available), postal address of the individual, or the name, postal address, business identification number of the legal entity (if available);
2. The name of the administrative body or official to whom the appeal is submitted;
3. The essence of the appeal;
4. The date of submission of the appeal;
5. The signature of the applicant or their representative;
6. Other information provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In turn, according to paragraph 4 of article 64 of the Code, applications received through publicly accessible information systems and compliant with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on electronic documents and electronic digital signatures are subject to review in the manner established by this Code.

In this regard, for the acceptance, registration, and consideration of your appeal by the Company, it is necessary to submit it in one of the following ways:

1. In person;
2. By sending it through JSC "Kazpost" and other types of postal services (courier service, express mail, etc.)
3. Through the Unified Platform for Submitting Appeals "eOtinish" at the link: https://eotinish.kz.
